I wanted to take the time to write a review about the amazing travel experience my partner and I had all thanks to Jovier from Level-21 Destination Events. Jovier was very attentive to all our needs and ensured he created a package for us that would surpass all over expectations. He was extremely patient and answered all our inquiries in timely fashion during the reservation process and kept in contact for the duration of our trip should we have any more questions. Jovier took the extra step to create a personalized itinerary for us and connected us with some of his contacts in Varadero to ensure we were properly looked after. Was referred to Jovier by a few of my friends that had a great experience booking with him. I was organizing a bachelor getaway to CUBA with 5 of my buddies. From start to finish Jovier was attentive, always called us by first name. answered our emails/questions promptly and got us the best deal on our vacation. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted instantly by some of the staff that were also Joviers contacts. They gave us their contact info and told us whatever we need, they will make sure we’re taken care of. Thru Jovier we were upgraded at the hotel, booked a few rounds of golf, went to some incredible parties at bars/clubs courtesy of his contacts in Varadero. From start to finish we really felt like VIP’s, there’s an added value booking thru Jovier because he has a lot of good contacts. What a great time I had Varadero-Cuba! From the Airport (the warmth welcome), to the Hotel, the local excursions, the Room and services, all the Dinner reservations, ... I mean, ...
